FUNCTION

The Bookkeeper maintains local accounts for the program, oversees the rent collection system, and prepares monthly reports.


High school diploma and one year of bookkeeping experience and computer proficiency
in Microsoft Excel and Word.  Experience in databases also required.

  1. Process encumbrance and expenditure information.
  2. Prepare and submit billings.
  3. Process rent letters, collections and arrears reports on computerized tracking system.
  4. Maintain master inventory.
  5. Perform other related duties as required.



  1. Purchases provide good value and invoices are paid promptly.
  2. Bills to funders are accurate and submitted on a timely basis.
  3. Ensure rent collections are collected on time
  4. Inventory procedures are followed and provide accurate results.
  5. Related duties are performed completely, on time and accurately.
