The Coordinator is responsible for the quality activities for the Youth Services Programs and assists in division-wide quality activities under the direction of the NNJ quality director.

The position requires a Bachelors degree in a related field, two years of experience in supervision of social service programs and demonstrated ability in the areas of written and verbal communication as well as excellent interpersonal skills. The position requires knowledge of and proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs.


  1. Conduct internal audits and mock surveys as assigned by the quality director, assisting with on-site remediation when possible.

  2. Provide status reports and work plans to quality director, program director, and assistant vice president.Maintain a data base including all youth program forms.

  3. Assist in reviewing intakes, tracking admissions and evaluating the delivery of therapeutic services as appropriate to the scope of practice.

  4. Provide training in COA, organizational, and funder standards.

  5. Participate in division-wide committees including site safety, incident review, performance improvement, and infection control.Track all incidents in the incident grid and prepare graphs.

  6. Participate in performance improvement initiatives including satisfaction surveys, youth services outcomes, and performance improvement teams as assigned.

  7. Assist in reviewing and revising policies and procedures on a yearly basis.

  8. Assist in internal investigations.

  9. Other related tasks as assigned.
