The Environmental Manager has the overall responsibility for the housekeeping, repairs, and improvements to the division’s buildings and grounds.


High school diploma and four years of experience in buildings and grounds maintenance, with at  least three years supervisory experience. Site specific certifications are required. 


  1. Manage housekeeping function and staff to include training (OSHA regulations), task scheduling, and supervision.

  2. Manage the facilities function and staff including janitorial, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, preventive maintenance and the work order system.

  3. Manage purchasing and inventory control related to supplies and equipment and outside vendors.

  4. Perform other related duties as may be required.
